Marisa is a licensed and board certified family nurse practitioner who began her nursing undergraduate education at St. Francis college in Brooklyn, NY. She then continued her education at Long Island University, where she received her baccalaureate degree of science, major in Nursing. She has spent her career at Long Island Jewish Medical Center where she works on a thoracic step-down and surgery oncology unit. She is telemetry trained and has worked with all specialties including, orthopedic, urology and gynecologic surgery. She is a certified medical-surgical nurse and maintains training in CPR and ACLS.  She is a devoted member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. She graduated as a Family Nurse Practitioner in December 2021 from Molloy University. She is a devout advocate for client and patient satisfaction as well as forming trusting relationships in order to preserve client integrity and dignity. Her nursing background gives her the skills, knowledge and experience to enter the aesthetic world and enhance personalized beauty with each encounter.
